Section 01

Your Agreement

These terms apply to all equipment hire and services provided by Titan Core Hire. When you confirm a booking, accept a hire form, or make a payment, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

If there are any special conditions noted in your hire form, those will take priority where there is a conflict with these general terms.

Section 02

Equipment Use

You must only use the equipment at the agreed job site, for the agreed purpose, and in a safe and proper manner. This includes:

• Operating equipment only at the specified job site and for the agreed purpose
• Ensuring all operators hold the required licences, certifications, and permits
• Following the manufacturer's guidelines and all applicable laws
• Complying with all workplace health & safety standards

Section 03

Before Your Hire Starts

Prior to the commencement of any hire, you are required to:

• Provide a valid copy of your driver's licence within 24 hours of confirming your booking
• Check the job site for underground infrastructure (e.g. using Dial Before You Dig)
• Confirm you hold all necessary licences and permits for the work
• Ensure your towing vehicle meets the minimum towing capacity specified in the hire form

Section 04

Fees & Payment

Hire fees, delivery and collection charges, and any applicable service rates are set out in your hire form. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due on or before the start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for after-hours services, late returns, remote site travel, or fuel refills.

Section 05

Damage & Liability

You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment during the hire period. A security bond and/or damage waiver fee may apply as noted in your hire form.

An excess amount may be payable in the event of a claim. This excess may be reduced by paying the excess reduction fee specified in your hire form. Titan Core Hire is not liable for minor incidental damage that may occur to your job site during the performance of services.

Section 06

Returning Equipment

Equipment must be returned by the return date and time specified in your hire form in the same condition it was provided, with a full tank of fuel (or the fuel refill rate will apply).

• Late returns will incur a daily late charge as specified in the hire form
• Early returns may attract a discount as set out in the hire form
• Failure to return equipment may result in additional legal action

Section 07

Cancellation

You may cancel your hire in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in your hire form. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice provided.

Titan Core Hire reserves the right to reschedule a start date due to weather, access issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Section 08

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time — the current version will always be available on our website.
